Teen Therapy (Ages 13+)
Adolescence can bring changes in emotions, relationships, identity, and independence. I offer therapy for teens ages 13 and older, with space to talk about what feels difficult and build ways to cope.
In-person in Redmond, WA, and online in Washington and Florida. Sessions are available in English and Mandarin.
Space to Be Heard
Sessions can address anxiety, school pressure, low mood, friendships, family conflict, and life transitions. We work together to understand the teen's concerns and set goals that are meaningful to them.
Working With Teens and Families
At the beginning, we discuss how therapy works, what privacy means, its limits, and how parents or caregivers may be involved. This helps establish clear expectations and supports a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Getting Started
Teens and parents are welcome to reach out with questions. An initial conversation can help us discuss the teen's needs, service format, and whether this practice is a suitable fit.
Taking the First Step
A free 15-minute consultation is an opportunity to discuss your questions, scheduling, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
